29th Street Property Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, amenities, and exterior of multi-family communities. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, assisting with unit make-ready, and supporting the maintenance team to keep the property appealing and safe.

The role emphasizes neat appearance, strong communication with residents and staff, and adherence to safety rules while performing tasks and operating groundskeeping equipment.

Qualifications

• Educational degree not required.
• At least one year of Groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Must follow safety rules and maintain curb appeal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office.
• Remove trash from grounds and perimeter daily.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units and make-ready.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and team with tasks as needed.
• Report unsafe conditions and ensure compliance with safety rules.
