29th Street is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, amenities, and exteriors of our multifamily properties in Goodyear, AZ. You will assist with leasing office upkeep, parking lots, and model cleaning, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include preparing market-ready units, performing routine maintenance tasks, and reporting any issues to the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Keep grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office clean and well maintained.
• Remove trash daily from office areas and property perimeter.
• Support in preparing market-ready units, including vacant apartment cleanups.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with tasks as assigned.
• Clean vacant apartments/models as needed.
• Assist with snow removal if applicable.
• Troubleshoot/repair minor mechanical, carpentry and electrical issues.
• Report maintenance concerns for repairs on apartments, models, clubhouse, and common areas.
• Maintain curb appeal and assist management with other tasks.
• Ensure unsafe conditions are corrected promptly and safety rules are followed.
