Job summary

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and debris, keeping common areas neat.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and maintains storage areas.
• Performs minor repairs as directed by the Service Director/Community Director.
• Ensures gates and pool area security codes compliance and safety.
• Communicates with residents and staff to relay notices and respond to concerns.
