Job summary

29th Street Property Management is hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, amenities, and exteriors of multifamily properties, including leasing offices and parking areas. You will perform daily cleanup, assist in preparing market-ready units, and support the maintenance team in timely tasks.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of groundskeeping experience, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for safety and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• Educational degree not required.
• At least one year of Groundskeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office areas and parking lots to preserve curb appeal.
• Remove trash from office areas and property perimeter daily.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units and cleaning vacant apartments prior to make-ready.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Assist in cleaning vacant apartments and models.
• Assist maintenance team with snow removal when applicable.
• Troubleshoot/repair mechanical, carpentry and electrical issues as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns for repairs on apartments, models, clubhouse and common areas.
