Job summary

29th Street Property Management is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, amenities, and exteriors of our multi-family communities. The role includes cleaning of common areas, assisting in preparing market-ready units, and supporting the maintenance team to ensure safety and curb appeal.

Candidates should have at least one year of groundskeeping experience and demonstrate reliable, professional conduct.

Qualifications

• No degree required for position.
• At least one year of groundskeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and leasing office areas.
• Remove trash from office areas and perimeter daily.
• Prepare market-ready units by cleaning vacants before make-ready.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with maintenance tasks.
• Assist in cleaning vacant apartments and models.
• Assist in snow removal where applicable.
• Troubleshoot/repair mechanical, carpentry and electrical issues.
• Report maintenance concerns to supervisor for repairs.
• Ensure curb appeal is meticulously maintained.
• Support management with various tasks as needed.
• Address unsafe conditions promptly and follow safety rules.
