NRP Investments LLC in Kentucky is seeking a Project Superintendent to supervise on-site construction of residential complexes. You will organize field operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure adherence to project schedules and safety standards.

Minimum 5 years of multifamily construction management, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Civil field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years managing multi-family construction projects.
• Knowledge of site work, utility infrastructure, and building finishes.

Responsabilidades

• Organize sequencing of field operations and material staging.
• Prepare project updates, documentation and admin duties.
• Ensure work complies with contract documents and specifications.
• Supervise on-site construction to meet design and project commitments.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, owners, vendors and agencies.
• Complete progress reports and enforce safety and QA procedures.
