Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent for residential multi-family construction in New York. You will coordinate and supervise on-site activities under the Project Manager, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence across all phases of construction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field or equivalent experience, and at least five years of leadership in similar projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing the construction of multi-family projects.
• Knowledge of site work, utility infrastructure, structural building, mechanical and interior finishes.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations and staging of materials.
• Prepare project updates and related administrative duties.
• Supervise on-site construction to ensure project is built per design and contracts.
• Coordinate deliveries and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Report progress and complete project documentation.
• Exercise control of the construction process from inception to completion.
