Job summary

NRP Group in Charleston, SC, is seeking a Project Superintendent for multifamily construction. You will coordinate on-site activities, supervise field operations and ensure compliance with project documents, safety rules, and scheduling commitments.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction or related field and at least five years of multi-family experience, with strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing multi-family construction projects.
• Knowledge of site work, utility infra, structural building, mechanical and interior finishes.

Responsibilities

• Organize sequencing of field operations, staging of materials and satellite office.
• Prepare project updates, documentation and related admin duties.
• Supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with contracts and specs.
• Coordinate permits with municipalities and utilities; ensure safety procedures.
