Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage budgets, bids, subcontractor selection, and schedule to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction or related field, 5+ years of multifamily experience, and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe, and Onscreen Takeoff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of multifamily or wood-frame construction experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe and Onscreen Takeoff a plus.
• Driver’s license required; OSHA 30 hour and First Aid/AED training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Budget management, cost control, and monthly forecasting.
• Prepare scopes, solicit bids, review bids, and award subcontracts.
• Own buyout schedule, change orders, and vendor negotiations.
• Ensure schedule adherence and project closeout documentation.
