Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily projects under the direction of the Project Executive or VP of Construction. You will plan, buy out schedules, manage budgets and handle subcontractor selection, ensuring cost-effective procurement and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities include detailed cost control, contract review, and timely draw packages, with strong coordination among field teams, finance, and owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years in multifamily or wood frame construction projects.
• Proficient in Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe and Onscreen Takeoff; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, cost control and procurement planning for projects.
• Review contracts, buyout scheduling and subcontractor selection.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost projections.
• Coordinate with design teams, owners, and inspectors; generate reports.
• Maintain schedule, manage change orders, and ensure quality compliance.
