Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project planning, budgeting and scheduling for multifamily construction. You will assist with resource allocation, cost management, and contract administration under senior leadership, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

In this role you will help coordinate subcontractors, track changes, and maintain alignment with project goals. The position offers growth opportunities, competitive benefits, and a teamwork-driven environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing the construction of multi-family projects.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook; knowledge of Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe and Onscreen Takeoff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting and document control.
• Assist in budgeting, cost management and change control to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
