NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee project planning, budgeting, buyout scheduling and contract negotiations. You will manage subcontractor selection, bids, payments and change orders while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence across all phases.

The role requires leadership to coordinate resources, track costs, and maintain close communication with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Civil related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of multifamily or wood-frame construction experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and related construction software is required.
