Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily projects. You’ll plan budgets, coordinate buyouts, and manage subcontractors and vendors to deliver on time and within cost. Strong communication and document control are essential for success.

Responsibilities include schedule development, cost tracking, change management, and close collaboration with project executives to ensure quality and compliance across all phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum preferred 5+ years in multifamily or wood frame construction.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook; strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe and Onscreen Takeoff is a plus.
• OSHA 30 hour and First Aid-AED training are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, buyout scheduling, and budget management.
• Negotiate subcontracts, manage vendor draw requests, and payment processes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, risk assessments, and updates.
• Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Prepare monthly owner reports and coordinate with stakeholders.
