Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily projects in SE Florida. You will oversee budgeting, buyout scheduling, subcontractor selection, and project accounting, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Reporting to the Project Executive or VP of Construction, you will drive cost control, negotiate with trades, and coordinate with design teams while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of multifamily construction management experience in SE Florida.
• Experience with general contractor roles and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents for cost-effective building practices and constructability.
• Prepare scopes of work and solicit bids; review bids with senior management.
• Manage project budget, buyout schedule, and monthly cost projections.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and change orders to keep schedule and budget on track.
