Job summary

NRP Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee multifamily projects from planning through closeout. You will manage budgets, buyout scheduling, and subcontractor selection while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in multifamily or wood-frame projects, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and experience with Timberline, Bluebeam, and Onscreen Takeoff. OSHA 30 preferred; benefits include competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of multifamily or wood frame construction experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe and Onscreen Takeoff software knowledge a plus.
• OSHA 30 hour preferred; First Aid training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project budgets, buyout, and scheduling.
• Negotiate contracts and subcontracts to meet cost targets.
• Coordinate procurement and cost reporting; track changes and approvals.
• Review and process change orders and RFI responses.
• Ensure timely draw requests and closeout documentation.
