Job summary

The NRP Group is hiring a Project Manager in the Florida market. You will lead project planning, budgeting, buyout scheduling, and contract negotiations while coordinating with subcontractors and the project team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include managing the budget, reviewing bids, tracking costs, and preparing monthly owner reports to support successful closeout and client satisfaction. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field is required.
• Preferred 5+ years of multifamily or wood frame construction experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe and Onscreen Takeoff knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Chart project objectives and plans, set performance requirements, and select participants.
• Manage budget, buyout scheduling, and cost control throughout the project.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to meet schedule.
• Prepare monthly owner’s reports and ensure timely draws and cost tracking.
