Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee multifamily development projects from preconstruction through closeout in our Tampa market. You will manage budgets, schedules, vendor bids, and contract negotiations, ensuring cost-effective procurement and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities include buyout scheduling, monthly cost projections, change order management, and coordination with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field (ex: Civil Engineering, Construction Management) is preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software for budgeting and scheduling.
• Knowledge of construction cost control, bid analysis, and buyout processes.

Responsibilities

• Budget review and cost control for the project.
• Prepare scopes of work and solicit bids for the project.
• Review bids with Senior Management before subcontract award.
