The Keystone Distinction Group, a Nashville-based local General Contractor, is seeking a Project Manager or Assistant PM for a long-term fit in our multifamily and commercial projects. The role emphasizes process leadership from design through close-out, with a focus on safety, budget discipline, and schedule adherence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• 6+ years of project management experience with a GC/CM firm.
• Strong local subcontractor and vendor relationships in TN/Southeast markets.

Aufgaben

• Initiate construction process from design and land acquisition through buyout, scheduling to closeout.
• Coordinate with Site Management Staff for seamless operations and issue resolution.
• Foster new sub/vendor relationships and maintain existing trade-partner connections.
• Direct all facets of each project from pre-con to close-out, ensuring safety, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Collaborate with staff, owners, and management to move projects from Trees-to-Keys within the allocated schedule.
• Manage 1–2 projects simultaneously for mid-rise apartment and mixed-use developments.
