KLA Industries, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager (or Assistant PM) for multifamily and commercial projects in the Nashville area. The role offers a strong culture, excellent benefits, and opportunities for growth within a longstanding local contractor.

The candidate will lead project initiation through close-out, coordinate with site staff, and cultivate vendor relationships to keep projects on time and within budget. Local travel is possible.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related discipline.
• 6+ years experience in Project Management with a GC/CM firm.
• Local subcontractor & vendor relationships in TN / Southeast markets.

Aufgaben

• Initiate construction from design through buyout, scheduling to close-out.
• Coordinate with Site Management for seamless operations and resolve challenges.
• Develop new sub/vendor relationships and maintain existing trade-partner relations.
• Direct all facets from pre-con to close-out, ensuring safety, design adherence, budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with owners and management to complete projects on time within allocated schedule.
