Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing multi-family construction, renovation, or capital improvement projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects with values of $500K to $4M.
• Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction and restoration projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
