Navigate Search is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its Austin team to lead multi-family construction and restoration efforts. You will own projects from start to finish, coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and clients while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in multi-family construction/restoration and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field. This full-time role offers strong bonuses and a path to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-family construction and/or restoration experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple multi-family construction and restoration projects from start to finish.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, manpower, materials, subcontractors, and overall performance.
• Manage approximately 6–12 concurrent projects, typically ranging from $500K–$4M.
• Partner closely with Superintendents and field teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Assist with complex construction, building code, and subcontractor issues.
• Monitor project quality, safety, costs, and overall profitability.
