Job summary

CORE Builders is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-family housing projects within the SF Bay Area. You will supervise, plan, review, and track project work, coordinating with the team to meet budget, schedule, and quality targets.

The role requires at least 5 years of construction PM experience with a proven leadership track, strong communication, and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance. On-site presence is required, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and safety/regulatory compliance skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of assigned construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and scope to meet goals.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless execution.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee risk management, safety compliance, and quality assurance across sites.
• Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across the company.
