Hamilton Zanze Real Estate Investments seeks an Associate‑level Project Manager in San Francisco to oversee capital projects across a multifamily portfolio. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, and contractor relations to protect asset value and ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in design/construction/project management, strong written/verbal communication, and the ability to travel up to 20%. A PMP is a plus; bachelor’s degree is required.

• Minimum 2 years of design, construction, project management, or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and PM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal teams and vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
• PMP certification is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage capital improvement, renovation, and repositioning projects across assigned multifamily properties from scope definition to close‑out.
• Develop and track budgets, schedules, and draw requests with ownership, lenders, and consultants.
• Solicit bids, evaluate proposals, and manage contractor/vendor relationships and change orders.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety; resolve field issues.
• Coordinate with property and asset management to minimize operational disruption.
• Support due diligence for acquisitions, including condition assessments and budget validation.
• Engage and manage third‑party consultants, designers, contractors, engineers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with codes, permits, and lender/investor reporting.
• Prepare project status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify risks and schedule delays; recommend mitigations.
