Structure Properties is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to own multifamily projects in San Francisco from start to finish. You will define scope, select partners, guide permits, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with sign-off.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and collaboration with property managers and owners. The team focuses on renovating vacant units, seismic upgrades, and ADU conversions to improve housing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction management experience preferably in multi‑family homes
• Working knowledge of the permitting and inspection process
• Strong command of building codes, regulations, and field compliance
• Clear, professional communication with Property Owners, contractors, and city officials
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Plan and scope projects with architects/engineers to optimize space and cost
• Lead bidding, contracting, and change orders with insured vendors
• Guide permits through DBI, Planning, and agencies from start to finish
• Manage budgets, schedules, and vendor payments; report progress to owners
