Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in Florida to oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontracts on multifamily projects. You will ensure quality, safety, and compliance with contract documents while coordinating with the project team to keep builds on track and within budget.

This role requires strong oversight of financial aspects and timely communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Civil related field.
• 5+ years of multifamily or wood frame construction experience.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe and Onscreen Takeoff software a plus.
• Driver’s license required; OSHA 30 hour preferred; First Aid-AED training preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project budget, scope, and cost control.
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with construction documents.
• Develop and update construction schedule with project team.
• Maintain safety standards and coordinate with safety department.
• Assist in loan close, invoicing, submittals, RFIs, and client communications.
