Job summary

NRP Investments LLC is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead overall project planning, buyout scheduling, budget management, and subcontractor coordination on multifamily development projects.

Under the direction of the Project Executive or VP of Construction, you will ensure cost-effective procurement, manage change orders, and maintain strong communication across teams to deliver projects on time and within budget in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Review contract documents to ensure cost-effective building practices.
• Prepare scopes of work and solicit bids for the project.
• Maintain the project budget with weekly updates and cost projections.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor buyout scheduling and subcontractor selection.
• Coordinate project activities to meet schedule and quality standards.
