Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to lead a multifamily property team, drive revenue through strategic leasing and marketing, and ensure compliant, efficient operations. The role emphasizes staff development, vendor management, and delivering outstanding resident experiences.

The ideal candidate will bring 1–3 years in multi-family management, strong communication and reporting skills, and proficiency with Entrata, Yardi or One Site.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Supervisor Experience: 1 - 3 Years Proven skills sufficient to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinates and team members, are required.
• Management: 1 - 3 Years Multi-Family Property Management.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community.
• Advanced Skills: Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs for reporting purposes. Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site).
• Licenses Current Valid Driver

Responsibilities

• Manage team, conduct evaluations, hire and train new staff.
• Achieve revenue goals by marketing and leasing strategies; identify improvement areas.
• Budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and financial reporting; manage invoicing.
• Analyze market trends to inform improvements and stay updated on tools/standards.
• Enforce lease terms, inspections, collections and notices.
• Tour property for clients/owners; update on performance; manage contractors.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and curb appeal; report malfunctions; coordinate maintenance.
• Resolve resident complaints.
• Monitor competitors and build market relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
