Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Community Manager to lead a property team and drive leasing, operations, and profitability. You will manage budgets, analyze market trends, and coordinate with owners to meet financial targets while ensuring tenant satisfaction and safety on site.

The role requires 1–3 years of multi-family property management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi or OneSite.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Supervisor Experience: 1-3 years leading and managing a team.
• Multi-Family Property Management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and delivery skills, with client-facing experience.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata/Yardi and/or OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate team members; hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Meet revenue targets by increasing sales and leasing activities.
• Develop budgets, forecast financials, and manage profitability.
• Analyze market trends and implement property improvements.
• Enforce lease processes and coordinate with owners/clients.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal of the property.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain strong tenant relations.
• Stay informed on industry standards and tools.
