Job summary

CloudTen Residential seeks a Community Manager to oversee all operational aspects of a property, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, compliance, budgeting, marketing, and resident relations.

Under the Regional Manager, you will lead on-site staff, manage rent collections, ensure Fair Housing compliance, and drive resident satisfaction. This role offers a salary between $95,000 and $99,850 DOE plus leasing bonuses and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of property management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and property management software.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of State landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing policies, and basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop a cohesive on-site team and uphold professional standards.
• Inspect common areas, units, and grounds for cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Enforce move-in/move-out protocols and conduct inspections.
• Oversee payroll submission and maintain accurate records.
• Manage rent collection and delinquent accounts per state laws.
• Prepare budgets and monitor expenses for cost-effective operations.
• Promote units via approved channels and conduct in-person showings.
• Ensure leasing records and Fair Housing compliance.
• Support renewals and community engagement to boost retention.
• Hire, train, and evaluate on-site staff; provide clear guidance.
