Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operational aspects of an income-producing property in the Portland metro area. You will lead on-site staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and resident relations, ensuring compliance with state laws and budget targets.

The role offers a competitive salary range ($95,000 - $99,850 DOE), eligibility for leasing bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic multifamily portfolio.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; 2+ years property management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of State landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing, and basic accounting.

Responsibilities

• Develop a cohesive on-site team reflecting professionalism.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, units, and grounds.
• Enforce move-in/move-out protocols and inspections.
• Ensure timely payroll submissions and accurate records.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquent accounts per state laws.
• Complete daily bank deposits and maintain accounting procedures.
• Monitor expenses, prepare budgets, and suggest cost improvements.
• Promote units via approved platforms and showings; maintain leasing records.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance in all agreements.
• Analyze market trends to adjust pricing and marketing strategies.
• Support resident retention through renewals and community engagement.
• Hire, train, and evaluate on-site staff; provide leadership.
