Job summary

CloudTen Residential seeks a District Manager to oversee multiple properties, develop high-performing teams, and drive operational and financial success.

Reporting to VP of Operations, the role focuses on maximizing occupancy, client relationships, budgeting, and strategic initiatives across a diverse portfolio.

The ideal candidate has a real estate license, at least five years in multifamily property management, and proven leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Active Department of Real Estate license in good standing.
• Minimum of five (5) years of related multifamily property management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities, analyze financial performance, and make sound business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of multiple properties, ensuring performance aligns with company standards, client expectations, and investment objectives.
• Provide direct and indirect supervision to on-site teams, district managers, and property administrators, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Partner with HR on interviewing, hiring, training, and employee development; assign, direct, and evaluate performance.
• Maintain proactive communication with regional managers and clients to build strong partnerships and deliver excellent service.
• Maximize property income, control expenses, and identify opportunities to improve profitability across the portfolio.
• Prepare property budgets, run monthly financial analyses, monitor results, and implement improvement strategies.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to support occupancy goals and investment performance.
• Identify operational challenges and promote best practices to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
