CloudTen Residential is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operational aspects of a Portland-area property. You will manage personnel, leasing, and maintenance while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and maintaining resident relations.

The role emphasizes budgeting, reporting, and delivering strong service; you will lead a on-site team and ensure a safe, well-maintained community while upholding Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in property management or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Responsabilités

• Develop a cohesive on-site team reflecting professionalism and quality.
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, move-in/out inspections and records.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, units and grounds.
• Ensure payroll timely submission and accurate records.
• Monitor expenses, prepare budgets, and suggest cost improvements.
• Promote units via approved platforms and showings while ensuring Fair Housing compliance.
• Hire, train, and evaluate on-site staff; provide clear guidance.
• Respond to resident concerns with professionalism and within 24–48 hours.
• Ensure adherence to state laws, including Fair Housing and ADA.
