CloudTen Residential in Portland, OR is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations for a multifamily property. Under the Regional Manager, you will handle leasing, maintenance, compliance, budgeting, and resident relations to deliver a high standard of living.

You will build and supervise an on-site team, manage payroll and expenses, ensure Fair Housing compliance, and respond to resident requests within 24–48 hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of property management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee on-site operations, leasing, and community maintenance.
• Enforce move-in/move-out protocols and maintain compliance with laws.
• Manage payroll, budgets, and expenses; monitor cash flow.
• Promote vacant units through advertising and showings; ensure Fair Housing compliance.
• Hire, train, and evaluate on-site staff to deliver quality service.
