Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of property management experience or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of a multifamily community to ensure resident service and efficiency.
• Assist leasing activities: tours, applications, recertifications, lease renewals.
• Monitor rent collections, post payments, and assist with delinquency management.
• Respond to resident concerns and maintain positive relations.
• Prepare financial reports, resident notices, and property documentation.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and accounts payable.
• Assist with property operations, financial administration, and occupancy tasks.
• Act as acting Property Manager in the Manager's absence.
