Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Los Angeles is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our Multifamily portfolio to maintain a market-ready standard and deliver exceptional service to residents and teams. You will support the Property Manager in daily operations, budgeting, lease administration, marketing, reporting, and capital improvements, while building a high-performing on-site team.

This role requires 3+ years in property management, 1+ year in supervision, and a Bachelor's degree preferred;

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist Property Manager with operations including budgeting, leasing, marketing, and reporting.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to improve satisfaction and renewals.
• Assist with lease paperwork and maintain resident files per company standards.
• Support on-site team through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
