Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Multicraft Partner in Warren, OH to inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed manufacturing machines. You’ll troubleshoot electrical systems and help implement maintenance programs in a world-class facility.

Ideal candidates have a strong safety mindset, team orientation, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Experience with SAP or MES is a plus, with potential for growth in a High-Performance Work System.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Pre-employment screening and PAT required.
• Experience with SAP and MES is a plus.
• 2-year technical degree or 5+ years in high-speed manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed, technically advanced machines.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical systems and implement maintenance best practices.
• Document daily performance metrics and participate in a self-directed work team.
• Operate heavy equipment safely (forklifts, overhead cranes) when needed.
• Support preventative maintenance and autonomous care initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and teamwork in a High-Performance Work System.
