Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Multicraft Partner in Warren, OH to inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed machinery. You will troubleshoot electrical systems and support maintenance practices in a facility that serves top brands and a large population.

You will drive continuous improvement within a High-Performance Work System, working in a team-driven culture focused on safety and accountability. This role emphasizes ownership and collaboration to ensure product uptime and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Pass pre-employment screening and PAT.
• Ability to work safely with heavy equipment and at height.
• Proven longevity in work history.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and diagnose faults to restore uptime.
• Support maintenance, preventative actions, and continuous improvement.
• Document performance metrics and collaborate with team.
