Job summary

Kimberly-Clark's Warren, OH facility seeks a Multicraft Partner to inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed manufacturing equipment. You’ll troubleshoot electrical systems, operate heavy equipment, and support preventive maintenance in a high-performance work system culture.

You must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and weekends, pass safety screenings, and be computer-literate with SAP/MES and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-year technical degree or 5+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and tune high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and motor controls to minimize downtime.
• Support preventative maintenance and autonomous care for production lines.
• Document daily performance and contribute to continuous improvement.
