Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Multicraft Partner in Warren, OH to inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed manufacturing equipment. You’ll troubleshoot electrical systems, support preventive maintenance, and drive continuous improvement within a High-Performance Work Team culture.

The role requires 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, and a commitment to safety. Ideal candidates bring a technical degree or substantial manufacturing experience, plus familiarity with SAP/MES

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, overtime.
• Pre-employment drug test and background screening required.
• Able to pass Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
• Experience with safety and hazard recognition is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP and MES systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed, technologically advanced machines.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical systems and implement maintenance practices.
• Maintain asset uptime and prevent failures through preventive maintenance and autonomous care.
• Document daily performance metrics in verbal and written formats.
• Work within a High-Performance Work Team culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.
• Operate heavy equipment safely, including forklifts and overhead cranes, as required.
