Kimberly-Clark’s Warren, OH facility seeks a Multicraft Partner to inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed machines, ensuring uptime and quality. You’ll work within a High-Performance Work Team, contributing to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a facility serving a global customer base.

You will operate and troubleshoot asset systems, document performance metrics, and collaborate in a culture of ownership. The role requires shift flexibility and a strong safety mindset.

Formación

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• State or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with SAP, MES, MS Office, and Outlook.
• Willingness to rotate 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Experience with high-speed manufacturing or industrial mechanical/electrical fields preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Safety is our first priority. Work safely and identify/correct unsafe acts and conditions, including forklift/overhead crane operations and rigging.
• Utilize problem solving and decision-making to maintain and troubleshoot asset equipment for uptime and reduced failures.
• Drive continuous improvement through preventative maintenance, grade changes and autonomous care.
• Build capability in yourself and others in your Multicraft area and participate in self-directed teams.
• Document, account for and complete daily performance metrics verbally and in writing.
• Uphold standards through daily accountability and continuous improvement.
