You’ll work in a High-Performance Work System with a focus on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. The role requires a 2-year technical degree or 5+ years in related fields, plus the ability to pass drug/background screenings

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year related technical degree or 5+ years in high-speed manufacturing.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass screenings.
• Ability to learn mill computer systems (SAP, MES, MS Office, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and optimize maintenance practices.
• Operate safely and participate in self-directed teams for continuous improvement.
• Document daily performance metrics and adhere to standards.
• Lead with ownership, teamwork, and accountability in a High-Performance Work System.
