Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Multicraft Partner at the Warren, OH site to inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed equipment while prioritizing safety and continuous improvement. You will operate heavy equipment, troubleshoot complex electrical systems, and contribute to best-in-class manufacturing within a High-Performance Work Team culture.

The role requires a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, strong teamwork, and the ability to learn mill computer systems (SAP, MES, Microsoft Office).

Formación

• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime.
• Can pass pre-employment assessments, drug and background screening, and PAT.
• Safety-minded with focus on hazard recognition.
• Experience with SAP, MES, MS Office, and Outlook.
• Warren Facility operates in a High-Performance Work Team culture.

Responsabilidades

• Follow safety first approach and operate heavy equipment (forklifts, cranes) and rigging as needed.
• Troubleshoot and maintain asset-operating equipment to maximize uptime and reduce failures.
• Support preventative maintenance and autonomous care to drive continuous improvement.
• Build capability and collaborate within the Multicraft team.
• Document daily performance metrics and provide feedback to team members.
• Adhere to standards with daily accountability and continuous improvement.
