Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is hiring a Multicraft Partner in Warren, OH. You inspect, repair, and fine‑tune high‑speed machinery while upholding safety and continuous improvement in a High-Performance Work Team environment.

Expect 12‑hour rotating shifts, occasional nights, and strong teamwork with a focus on delivering reliable operations. You’ll work with SAP/MES and MS Office tools, pass pre-employment screenings, and anticipate a starting wage of $40.00 per hour with full benefits and relocation support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-year technical degree or 5+ years in high-speed manufacturing or related field.
• Able to learn SAP and MES and use MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot asset equipment to ensure machine uptime.
• Support preventative maintenance and autonomous care initiatives.
• Document daily performance metrics verbally and in writing.
• Work in a High-Performance Work Team culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.
• Lead and participate in team activities and knowledge sharing.
