Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Multicraft Partner to inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed, technologically advanced machines in a Warren, OH facility.

You’ll troubleshoot complex electrical systems, implement and improve maintenance practices, and work within a High-Performance Work System environment focused on safety, ownership, and continuous improvement. The role emphasizes teamwork and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; US work authorization.
• 2-year technical degree or 5+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.
• Experience with SAP, MES, and MS Office.
• Willingness to work in a high-performance team culture.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems to minimize downtime.
• Support maintenance programs and continuous improvement.
• Document daily performance metrics and actions.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and follow safety standards.
