Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Multicraft Partner in Warren, Ohio to inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed production machinery. You’ll troubleshoot electrical systems and support maintenance practices in a facility serving a global consumer base.

You’ll contribute to a culture of ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement within a High-Performance Work Team. Shift work includes nights, weekends, and overtime as needed, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
• Able to pass Physical Abilities Test (PAT).
• Experience or training in high-speed manufacturing or industrial mechanical/electrical fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and software in a production setting.
• Support preventative maintenance and autonomous care to improve uptime.
• Document daily performance metrics and maintain safety standards.
• Work in a High-Performance Work Team culture and contribute to continuous improvement.
