Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a multi-brand, shared kitchen operations site. You will oversee kitchen, service, and fulfillment, manage a blended workforce, and own the local P&L while driving labor efficiency, food costs, and service excellence.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across finance, culinary, procurement, and logistics to grow the business and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations in relevant sectors.
• Proven track record of progressive leadership and growth.
• Full ownership of P&L and operational KPIs.
• Adaptive, proactive problem solving in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort coordinating hybrid workforce and cross-brand teams.
• Strong customer service focus with accountability and results.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels.
• Optimize labor, throughput, and service to meet business needs.
• Ensure compliance with labor, food safety, and safety standards.
• Forecast demand, manage inventory, and minimize waste.
• Drive KPIs and align internal and external contributors.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Own the location's P&L and drive cost efficiency and margin.
• Partner with finance, culinary, procurement, and logistics to find improvements.
• Build, mentor, and deploy trainers for new openings and growth.
