Job summary

Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a multi-brand kitchen facility, overseeing day-to-day operations across dine-in, pickup, and delivery. You will manage a blended on-site workforce and external partners, drive KPIs, and own the local P&L with a focus on safety, quality, and guest experience.

You will lead a high-performing team, optimize labor and costs, and collaborate across finance, culinary, procurement, and operations to scale the business in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, hospitality, or eCommerce.
• Experience in fast-growing, operationally complex environments with multi-site needs.
• Proven leadership with progressive growth and advancement.
• Demonstrated success owning P&L and driving KPI-driven results.
• Proactive problem solver thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
• Comfortable managing hybrid workforces across employees and partners.
• Known for cross-functional collaboration across finance, HR, logistics, and operations.
• Obsessed with customer service, quality, accountability, and results.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Forecast demand, optimize labor, monitor inventory, and ensure safety and compliance.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team of hourly staff and shift leads.
• Own the location’s P&L and drive cost efficiency and margins.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to align on brand standards and KPIs.
