Job summary

Wonder is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-brand kitchen operation in Tyngsborough, MA. You will oversee day-to-day activities, manage a blended on-site team including contractors, and ensure top-tier guest experience across dine-in, pickup, and delivery.

You’ll own the local P&L, optimize labor and food costs, establish KPIs, and partner with finance, culinary, procurement, and logistics to unlock growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, hospitality, or eCommerce.
• Experience in fast-growing, operationally complex environments such as multi-brand or on-demand services.
• Proven leadership with progressive growth and advancement; strong coaching skills.
• Track record of full P&L ownership, KPI management, and driving results.
• Comfortable managing hybrid workforce consisting of employees and contracted partners.
• Fluent cross-functional collaboration across finance, HR, logistics, culinary, and partner teams.
• Obsessed with customer service, quality, accountability, and results.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Optimize labor deployment, throughput, and service execution to meet evolving needs.
• Ensure adherence to labor, food safety, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, waste reduction, and shelf-life adherence.
• Forecast demand and resolve obstacles to maintain readiness and performance.
• Monitor feedback and data trends to drive service excellence and KPIs.
• Own and drive KPIs and align internal and external contributors.
