Job summary

Wonder, a mealtime platform, is seeking a General Manager to lead a shared kitchen location serving multiple brands and delivery methods. You’ll head a multifunctional team, manage a blended workforce, and own the local P&L.

This role requires operational dexterity, staffing decisions, vendor relations, and data-driven decision making to drive efficiency and guest experience. You’ll collaborate with finance, culinary, procurement, and logistics to grow the business and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, retail, hospitality, or eCommerce.
• Proven track record of progressive leadership with P&L ownership.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends and open availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels.
• Manage labor deployment, throughput, and service execution to meet business needs.
• Ensure compliance with labor, food safety, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, waste reduction, and shelf life.
• Forecast demand, resolve obstacles, and adjust workflows in real time.
• Drive KPIs related to guest experience, order accuracy, and financial performance.
• Partner with finance, culinary, procurement, and logistics to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Grow talent pipelines and deploy trainers for new store openings.
• Represent Wonder with brand partners and local stakeholders.
