Wonder, a mealtime platform uniting multiple brands in a single order, is seeking a General Manager to lead a flagship location. You will run day-to-day operations across kitchen, dining, and delivery, while driving labor efficiency and cost controls.

You will own the local P&L, set KPIs, and partner with finance, culinary, and procurement to uncover savings and revenue opportunities. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong cross-functional influence in a fast-paced, hybrid work

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, retail, hospitality, food or ecommerce.
• Experience in fast-growing, operationally complex environments such as multi-unit retail or on-demand services.
• Proven leadership with progressive growth and a track record of KPI-driven results.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Optimize labor deployment, throughput, and service execution to meet evolving business needs.
• Ensure compliance with labor, food safety, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, waste reduction, and shelf-life adherence.
• Forecast demand, resolve obstacles, and adjust workflows in real time.
• Drive data-informed decisions to improve guest experience and operational metrics.
